Prologue: Weeks 1 & 2

The journey starts by taking control of your internal narrative and building your baseline “systems map.” We’ll diagnose where performance breaks under pressure, then install the first pieces of your Performance OS: your core scripts, your cue language, and your reset routines. Set the standards for how you train, track, assess and respond, so your confidence stops depending on outcomes.

Together, we’ll develop:

  • Baseline assessments and diagnostics give us a clear “what to fix first” plan

  • Your personal cue words + self-talk scripts for pregame, mistakes, and tight moments

  • A simple weekly scorecard to track progress and keep you accountable

SPRINT TWO: PROTOCOLS

Weeks 3 & 4

This is the sprint where we turn “more work” into “better work.” Over these next two weeks, you’ll build focused practice protocols that translate directly to games. Deliberate practice methods that create the required composure for positive decision-making, even when you’re fatigued. We’ll lock in daily habits, pregame routines, and recovery rituals so your body and mind are ready when competition starts.

SPRINT THREE: MENTAL REPO

Weeks 5 & 6

In this sprint, you’ll build a “Mental Performance Repository”: focus protocols, attention anchors, and decision cues that stop overthinking and speed up execution. Master your self talk and develop emotional regulation skills for when things go sideways.

Together, we’ll develop:

  • A focus protocol for chaos (what to do when you feel rushed, tight, or distracted

  • A set of attention anchors you can use mid-game to reset instantly

  • A Next Play system that keeps you decisive when pressure rises

SPRINT FOUR: EMOTIONAL DEVOPS

Weeks 7 & 8

This sprint is about recovery speed. Elite athletes don’t avoid emotion—they deploy it correctly. You’ll learn to regulate stress, master self-talk, and recover quickly after mistakes so one moment doesn’t become a spiral. We’ll design and implement routine stacks that help you stay assertive but composed under pressure.

Together, we’ll develop:

We’ll also develop the communication skills and essential behaviors that turn good players into championship leaders.

SPRINT SIX: SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT

Weeks 11 & 12

Now you’re ready fully deploy your performance OS. You’ll integrate your routines into a complete game-day operating system and set the conditions for Flow State: clear focus, regulated energy, and committed execution. We finish by building your maintenance plan, because Day 90 is only the beginning.

Deployment, Analytics & Maintenance:
